5. You agree to and understand that to receive this FREE service you MUST log in to your member area (whether affiliate of client) a minimum of once a week to receive important updates and messages regarding the status of your submission.

It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly and terminate your subscription if you disagree with any of the changes. Continuing to use or log into your member area or receive email updates from 1on40.com without requesting to be removed etc., upon any change of this agreement will imply your agreement with that change.
